1st time visit. Food was so much better than I expected. Quick. Girls at the front were friendly. Food is fantastic! They use real Chinese noodles. My favorite Chinese food in Lafayette now.
Very very good food! Best I've found in town. Very friendly service. It's best for take out but they do have a very small setting area. Definitely recommend the shrimp egg rolls and orange chicken!
If you want really good Chinese food, with good prices, and good service, Peking is your place. They always ensure that your packages are packed to the brim, you sure get your money’s worth. Our go-to for Chinese in the southern Lafayette region since I was a young girl, and I still only order here as a 22 year old. Very great, thanks Peking. (Please bring buffet back, please????) :)
Surprised! Great food! My husband and I are truck drivers and we try food from all over the country, I have to say this restaurant is impressive! The spring rolls are HUGE and amazing! Egg drop soup..yummy! Lomein and curry were fantastic. Kudos!!
This is your standard Hong Kong style Chinese food. The food is very well prepared and tasty. Portions are generous, and they've always been fast. The wonton soup is short on wontons, but the broth is amazing for recovering from a hard endurance event. One thing I discovered is that the "Sweet & Pungent Chicken" is simply the usually "Sweet & Sour" chicken, which I'm not a big fan of.
Great experience at their new location! Tried the 4 for the price of 3 lunch special and was not disappointed. Excellent rice, food tasted fresh and good portions. My youngest and husband both agreed, next time we order additional egg rolls. One per person was not enough. Absolutely, loved the no contact pick up option.
I am a truck driver picking up a load at a local business. They brought it right to my truck. So the delivery is awesome. Nice and hot on a snowy evening. I got the pan fried dumplings. They were awesome, hot, fresh delicious! These dumplings burst when I bit into them. So good.
My wife and I eat here all the time. Our 9 year old daughter won't eat at any other Chinese restaurant and she is a very picky eater. The food is delicious, always hot and fresh. Delivery is fast. Service at the restaurant is friendly and very family oriented. The prices are very affordable for a family night out.
Peking has the BEST Chinese food in Lafayette. The egg rolls are to die for. The lo mein is off the chain, and everything else is just great. I’ve never had anything here I didn’t enjoy and you really can’t go wrong here.
